The good: They are roomy in the toe box and very light weight. I do like the less thick sole as it seems to offer less squishy feeling I get with my other running shoes. I also like the snug fit around the foot but wish they were just a tad wider thru mid foot. The bad: They run small! I usually wear a 9 but ordered a 9.5 as I read they were small. I am not used to the back part that hits just above your heel being so high. I can't wear my no-show socks as these make them work their way off the heal over time. I was also surprised that the inserts are not removeable. I took a chance and carefully tore them out to use my custom inserts. The inserts they provide were very thin piece of foam, offer no arch support and cheaply made. Once I had my inserts in they felt much better. The beautiful: The photos do not show how pretty these shoes are. There are pink metallic panels on the side under a black netting which do not show up in the pics. When the light hits them the pink pops out! Also the heel has small cut outs with pink showing thru. I love black and pink so these were a bonus once I open the box! All in all a good shoe for the money. I will most likey wear them to run errands and to the gym. I don't see them working for running or fast walking for me.
