I intend to abuse the crap out of this drive. I already have it loaded with 25gb of data. It was very quick to load, my bottle neck was the very small files that were being pulled from my mechanical drive. Large files were very fast. Mp3's averaged about 30MBs write. Sometimes the read speeds were as high as 200MBs, though it was on some rare files. I am very happy with this drive so far, the capacity versus size is what I was looking for.It stays nicely on my keys although I wished they would pack it with a lanyard instead of the delicate ball chain they provide. I used a lanyard from the drive it's replacing on my keychain. The chassis is very solid and the drive has some weight for it's size.The only con is the chassis get SUPER hot. You could very well cauterize the veins in your wrist since that's right where the Y510p usb ports are located. I don't know what this means for the life of the drive but I will update this post if the drive dies.
