Only on day 2 but so far I am impressed with them. I had read that they run pretty big, but I have small feet and ordered a half size too big and they fit just fine. My feet are on the wider side so I was worried because they are pretty snug on the width, but so far it's been alright and not uncomfortable. The reviewer that gave the tip of not lacing the top if it hits too high on the calf was super helpful because I'm really short (4'10) and I had the same problem. My ankles were super sore after my first shift but they feel better after leaving the top unlaced. They feel very supportive and once they're broken in more I think they will be great for my long shifts on my feet. The reason they will not get 5 stars though is I don't like how the men's version got a zipper on the side but the female version did not. I loved my 5.11's for the fact that they had a zipper on the side and don't understand why the women's boots didn't get the zipper option. I read that these were very comfortable though so I sacrificed having a zip up boot for the comfort and hopefully won't regret it.
