The cable works fine, but had to have a little machining before it fit. The plastic around the male end is much thicker than it appears in the pictures.. However, a few passes on a disc sander took off enough excess material to make the connector fit perfectly under a vertically oriented tablet on a stand. This is a very sturdy cable that should do its job for a long time.
