We have successfully achieved 200 foot range on these. It is important to use quality Cat6 or Cat7 cable. It’s probably best if it’s shielded cable. We always use shielded Cat6 for audiovisual work. The USB extension makes these perfect for remote monitors, and even though the port of specifically labeled keyboard and mouse, you can put any USB2 device on them and they will appear as available devices on your PC or NVR.
