Hello,I lost 59 giga bytes.The hard drive file system switch to RAW system file, that no computer can open anymore.I tried many process to get my data back (testdisk, file recovery, MSDos prompt command, many forums, Linux backup, MacOS.....).Basically all my datas are lost.Verbatim customer support, after 17 mails and software procedure to recover my datas, stay unable to help me.Better you don't buy this item.
