Only used it twice so far. Works perfectlyNot really great but I didn’t have a lot of money to spend. You can’t just copy; you have to scan it first AND the lid has to be shut or it won’t scan. It sucks through ink quickly. It slurps up ink quickly. Fortunately, HP.com sells it A LOT cheaper than anywhere else!!I’ll spend more next time.I had it up and running in 15 min. Wireless printing is good. I still need to use the other features of the machineThe printer was easy to set up and the quality of print is very good. Printing photos was easy and pictures are sharp.I would highly recommend this printer. I purchased it for homeschooling.It has been so helpful!I've never been disappointed with hp.I got my printer within 2 days. It's easy to set up. Good quality printing. I really like it.What I liked most was, the printer was printing information for me as I was setting it up.First of all, it won't print color. Also, there is zero reason I should have to create an account in HP's online system in their "app" to scan from a device that I purchased. What if I wanted to use it without internet access? There are plenty of situations where scanning and manipulating images needs to be done where there isn't internet access available. Also, the software was constantly crashing; once during install, twice during setup and also every single time I tried to save a scan from within the app, it only works if you export it and you can kind of trick it into not crashing. I'll add that my computer system is extremely stable and streamlined and NEVER crashes with any other software.
