The antennae is easily bent and broken.I bought this system after reading the reviews. The system worked when it was plugged into AC power. But the 12 V battery and the 2 9v battery just did not work. The 12V rechargeable battery not working meant I couldn't use it without AC power. I called tech support and a guy called Jesus (pronounced Hesus) answered. He said the 12V battery must be dead and he sent replacement batteries. He asked me to send him the confirmation email from amazon with order number as proof of purchase which I did. So far so good. Then the replacement battery arrived. The battery had wires sticking out and there was no way to connect it to existing system. It seems he sent the wrong battery! It looks like they expect the customer to know the different kinds of battery the product has! There are two kinds of battery one with wired and another that is two pronged. Jesus told me it was my fault, as he had asked what kind of battery I had. Well it certainly did not get through to me that the same system comes with either wired or pronged battery. Jesus mentioned that I need to pay for the battery! I was so upset. I needed this system to work for an upcoming event, already it was such a hassle to go through rounds of tech support and on top of it, I am being blamed for not knowing the intricacies of a system that the tech support should just glean from the order number or model number they sold to me! I escalated the situation and asked to talk to a higher up and Jesus abruptly put me on hold after saying he is the only person in tech support. What horrible treatment of their customers. I really had a terrible experience. I would not recommend this product. Expect to work through hours of tech support, broken batteries and being blamed for "not specifying" the right battery specification!I am a minister who performs weddings at beaches and parks locally. With this unit, the options for the locations of weddings are really limitless, from the beach to boats to the middle of nowhere! This unit works perfectly for what I needed. Both cordless microphones work together at the same time. With outdoor ceremonies, my voice and that of the bride and groom can become lost without a portable PA system. It comes with three microphones and two can be used at the same time. I put selected music in the form of MP3 files on a thumb drive (USB Drive) and plug it into the port on the unit and am able to play any music that I want during my wedding ceremonies. You can also plug in IPOD and external portable CD players and do the same thing. Very light weight, less than 10 pounds and comes with a carrying case with a shoulder strap. Very versatile equipment. The unit charges quickly and has lasted me through three weddings in a day. The microphones use standard 9volt batteries. If you're looking for a PA system with lots of power, this isn't it. This is great for small to mid size gatherings.I'm fascinated with the product and with the seller. The product serves it's purpose even better than advertised. It's really good for presentations, lectures on open, funerals... It's really loud and you can use two mics at the same time ( one wired and one wireless ). The product comes with a lot of equipment ( cables, microphones, bag ). It's so loud that you can use it in a big hall. Range of wireless microphones is around 30 - 35 meters.Maybe it would be nice if the product sold to European market is made for European electricity ( 220 V ), or if it would come with an adapter or converter. The product has other uses like playing music from USB or SD card it isn't even needed to mention that this product gives you a lot of possibilities !The first time we tried the use the PA system, the batteries were dead. Regretfully, the first time was when we needed it most. We have put new batteries where they were needed and hopefully it will work when we try the next time. When a product is new, we didn't expect to need to replace anything in it for a long time.This mic and speaker system is perfect for our garden club and a non-profit event we have. The "charged light" stays on permanently, which is a little bothersome, but the unit works great.Please do not buy this product, save your money and buy it directly from the manufacturer or a reputable store. It will not last more than 6 months! A month and a half after purchasing, the wireless microphone stopped working. Now a little over 6 months, the whole thing stopped working.Completly meets all expected needs. I teach a small group of 15 - 25 people and a couple have hearing difficulties. This works great to play MP-3 songs and use as speaker amp during class.
