The sound quality, both sending and receiving, is better than the $1000 desktop units we have in our conference rooms. Because of the Covid crisis, I have been working from a home office for 9+ months and this little speakerphone has been a lifesaver. I use it with Zoom and it performs flawlessly. I just plug it in and when I am on the Zoom app I can click the speaker or microphone icons and choose either this speakerphone or the computer speaker/microphone. I just plugged it in and it works. I've asked many people how I sound during Zoom's and they all confirm that they hear my perfectly. The sound quality coming out of it is perfect for a desktop conference call. I can adjust the volume with either the buttons on the unit or using the volume controls in windows. I use this with a PC and windows environment. The speakerphone has a mute button and an LED that turns either blue (when unmuted) or read (when muted) to make it easy to know if you are being heard. Last thing that I really like is how small the unit is - it is easy to pack it in a briefcase and carry it on the road.
