Shoe is ready tu wear out of the box. Excellent quality, comfortable and your feet feels secure. Slip resistant….yes but on certain areas or terrain…mainly dry areas…not oil slip resistant unfortunately for servers and people working in the industry. Very comfortable for sure! Size is accurate.
